PHAROS: ARMENIAN ALPHABET BASE GRAPHIC DESIGN EXHIBITION
Pharos is a graphic design exhibition dedicated to 1600th year of Armenian alphabet, implemented by Edik Boghosian.
The exhibition held on the Artists’ House of Iran from 14-19 June, 2007.

A brief history of Armenian alphabet’s evolution and Armenian publication history exhibited in the firts hall.
In the second hall an album from Soviet Armenia type designers and contemporary font designers from Armenia and guests from England exhibited.
A series of posters from Iranian Armenian designers’ archive, logos and logotypes, book covers, magazines and newspapers, productions and pachaging from Iran, Armenia, france, etc. was exhibited in the main hall.
All works was based on Armenian alphabet and emphasizeon the potention of Armenian typefaces in different disciplines of graphic design.
